The industrial Ethernet switch IS420ESWBH3A is part of the Mark VIe security control system designed by General Electric. This switch does not have any fiber optic ports, but has 10 copper ports, with copper ports being 100/45Base TX RJ<>ports. The main operation of the switch is to act as a primary Ethernet switch, which will center around the ability to buffer multicast and broadcast data packets. There should be enough space to allow a buffer of one packet per port; If multiple incoming streams are sent to the switch, it can only accept one of the multiple streams and buffer the remaining streams for future transmission. There are LED indicators on the IS420ESWBH3A switch. There is one power indicator, while the other indicators are for activity and link functionality. When the link LED is constantly yellow, it indicates that a 10 MB link is being used. When it is stable green, it indicates that a 100 MB link is being used, and no LED indicates that there is no link. The colors of the activity LED are also green and yellow, but they will flash. When the LED flashes green, it indicates that the activity is in full duplex state, and when it flashes yellow, it indicates that the activity is in half duplex state. The IS420ESWBH3A switch can be installed in various ways, and the switch can be installed with DIN rails in parallel or vertical applications. If necessary, panel installation can also be carried out. Please note that when the switch is installed on a DIN rail, different clips are required, namely 259B2451BVP1 and 259B2451BVP4 clips.
