PCB是印刷电路板(即Printed Circuit Board)的简称。又称印制电路板、印刷线路板,由于它是采用电子印刷术制作的,故被称为“印刷”电路板。印刷电路板是组装电子零件用的基板,是在通用基材上按预定设计形成点间连接及印制元件的印制板。该产品的主要功能是使各种电子零组件形成预定电路的连接,起中继传输的作用,是电子产品的关键电子互连件,有“电子产品之母”之称。PCB作为电子零件装载的基板和关键互连件,任何电子设备或产品均需配备。
二、PCB的制造原理
我们打开通用电脑的健盘就能看到一张软性薄膜(挠性的绝缘基材),印上有银白色(银浆)的导电图形与健位图形。因为通用丝网漏印方法得到这种图形,所以我们称这种印制线路板为挠性银浆印制线路板。而我们去电脑城看到的各种电脑主机板、显卡、网卡、调制解调器、声卡及家用电器上的印制电路板就不同了。它所用的基材是由纸基(常用于单面)或玻璃布基(常用于双面及多层),预浸酚醛或环氧树脂,表层一面或两面粘上覆铜簿再层压固化而成。这种线路板覆铜簿板材,我们就称它为刚性板。再制成印制线路板,我们就称它为刚性印制线路板。单面有印制线路图形我们称单面印制线路板,双面有印制线路图形,再通过孔的金属化进行双面互连形成的印制线路板,我们就称其为双面板。如果用一块双面作内层、二块单面作外层或二块双面作内层、二块单面作外层的印制线路板,通过定位系统及绝缘粘结材料交替在一起且导电图形按设计要求进行互连的印制线路板就成为四层、六层印制电路板了,也称为多层印制线路板。现在已有超过100层的实用印制线路板了。
1、 Printed circuit board (PCB)
PCB is the abbreviation for Printed Circuit Board. Also known as printed circuit board or printed circuit board, it is called a "printed" circuit board because it is made using electronic printing technology. A printed circuit board is a substrate used for assembling electronic components. It is a printed board that forms point to point connections and printed components according to predetermined designs on a universal substrate. The main function of this product is to connect various electronic components into predetermined circuits, playing a relay transmission role. It is a key electronic interconnection component of electronic products and is known as the "mother of electronic products". PCB, as the substrate and key interconnecting components for electronic parts loading, is required for any electronic device or product.
2、 Manufacturing Principles of PCB
When we open the keyboard of a general-purpose computer, we can see a soft film (flexible insulation substrate) printed with silver white (silver paste) conductive patterns and health patterns. We refer to this type of printed circuit board as a flexible silver paste printed circuit board because it is obtained through the universal screen leakage method. And the various computer motherboards, graphics cards, network cards, modems, sound cards, and printed circuit boards on household appliances we see in the computer city are different. The substrate used is made of paper based (commonly used on one side) or glass cloth based (commonly used on both sides and multiple layers), pre impregnated with phenolic or epoxy resin, and coated with copper sheets on one or both sides of the surface, and then laminated and cured. This type of circuit board is called a rigid board, which is covered with copper sheets. To make a printed circuit board again, we call it a rigid printed circuit board. A printed circuit board with printed circuit graphics on one side is called a single sided printed circuit board, and a printed circuit board with printed circuit graphics on both sides is formed by the metallization of holes and the interconnection of both sides, which is called a double-sided board. If a printed circuit board with one double-sided inner layer, two single-sided outer layers, or two double-sided inner layers, and two single-sided outer layers is used, the printed circuit board that is alternately connected through a positioning system and insulation bonding materials, and the conductive patterns are interconnected according to the design requirements, becomes a four or six layer printed circuit board, also known as a multi-layer printed circuit board. There are now over 100 layers of practical printed circuit boards.
